Sesame tahan – 4 tablespoons whole grain
Lemons – 1 small
Water – about 120 ml (spring)
Himalayan salt – on taste
Garlic – 2 cloves
Sesame – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender, a kitchen robot or a chopper, like the precious braised garlic.
Initially, do not add enough water to determine the required density.
Pass the sauce to homogeneity and, if necessary, paste again with the rest of the water.
Spices in the sauce depend on your taste – you can put either cumin or red pepper, pepper, pepper, parsley.
Pour the sesame sauce into a suitable bowl and sprinkle with a little baked on a dry sesame pan.
