Sesame tahan – 200 g
Honey – 1 horsepower
Brown sugar – 100 g
Oatmeal – 200 g fine
Walnuts – 100 g milled
Vanilla – 1 tsp. liquid
Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Rum – 50 ml
Soda – 1/2 tsp. or baking powder

Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix sesame tahana, honey, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder / soda. Stir well and add rum, milled walnuts and oatmeal.
Mix everything well and put the mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Fill a baking sheet with a baking sheet. With wet or slightly greased hands, tear the balls of the mixture and, with slight strain, place them in the pan.
Add to bake at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes – to a nice and light tan on the edges.
