Sesame seeds are dried and ground to a fine paste. Sesame tahan is rich in proteins, vitamins (B1, B2, B6 E), essential amino acids, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, silicon. It is recommended for consumption in the morning on fasting 3/1 with honey or jam. Because of its high oil content, the sesame tahan is likely to settle down after standing. This is a natural reaction and should not bother you. Just mix the paste to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
